Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of SOBA. By installing or using SOBA, you agree to use the software lawfully and responsibly.
License
SOBA is licensed, not sold. You may use the software on devices you own or control, subject to the distribution terms that apply to the copy you received.
Direct complimentary builds
Direct builds provided privately to friends or testers may be offered at no charge for personal use, evaluation, and feedback.
Mac App Store purchases
Paid copies distributed through the Mac App Store are also subject to Apple's purchase, billing, refund, and platform terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use SOBA to violate the law, bypass security controls, interfere with systems, or distribute content you are not authorized to share.
Backups
You remain responsible for maintaining backups of important files. SOBA is not a substitute for a backup strategy.
iCloud features
If you enable optional iCloud synchronization, that functionality also depends on your Apple account, iCloud availability, and Apple's applicable terms and services.
No warranty
SOBA is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Features may change as the application evolves.
